Norbert Gstrein
Norbert Gstrein was born in Mils in the Austrian Tyrol in 1961, and studied mathematics
at Innsbruck and at Stanford University, California.
As a free-lance writer he published novels The Other Days and The English Years.
He received Alfred Doeblin price in 1999 and the literary award of the Konrad Adenauer donation in 2001.
Norbert Gstrein lives at present in London and Hamburg.
